The charcuterie board was designed to bring out the natural beauty of the Great Lakes with detailed geographical coasts.
The board is made from domestic 5/4 walnut lumber, then CNC machined down to a 1/32” endmill. Once machined the Lakes are then filled with epoxy, cured and surfaced. Imperfections in the wood are filled with epoxy for added strength and uniqueness. Hard rubber feet are added to the bottom. The board comes polished with Wood Wax from Walrus Oil which is NSF, certified for use on food-contact surfaces.
